Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations for all membership plans offered by Finmark Solutions through https://finmarksolutions.us.
By subscribing to any membership tier, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation by Member
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time.
How to Cancel

Members may request cancellation by:

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to all membership benefits and services until the billing period expires.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current term ends.

For plans billed semi-annually, annually, or as one-time executive plans, cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the current active term.

3. No Partial Refunds
Finmark Solutions does not provide:

  • Refunds for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Prorated refunds after renewal
  • Credits for partially used subscription periods

Once a billing cycle begins, it is considered earned.

4. Auto-Renewal Cancellation
If your plan includes automatic renewal:

  • You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal authorizes us to process the renewal payment using your stored payment method.

5. Cancellation of Upgraded or Modified Plans
If you upgrade your membership:

  • The upgraded pricing applies immediately.
  • Cancellation will still take effect at the end of the newly adjusted billing cycle.

If you downgrade your membership:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain higher-tier benefits until that time.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Finmark Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:

  • A member violates our Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • Payment fails or remains overdue There is misuse of referral, automation,
  • AI systems, CRM integrations, or campaign tools

In such cases, refunds are issued only if required by law.

7. Re-Enrollment
Members may re-subscribe at any time, subject to:

  • Current pricing
  • Updated plan structures
  • Availability of services or campaign capacity

Past promotional pricing or grandfathered rates may not apply upon re-enrollment.
