Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Finmark Solutions.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Finmark Solutions are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion under limited circumstances.
2. Digital & Service-Based Products
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services:
- Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- Strategy sessions, consultations, and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If subscription-based services are offered:
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused time.
- Access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Stripe & Payment Disputes
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- We reserve the right to suspend services.
- We may submit documentation to Stripe to dispute invalid chargebacks.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
