Membership & Subscription Policy
These Membership & Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the membership plans, subscription services, and related benefits offered by Finmark Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://finmarksolutions.us/pricing/ (the “Site”) and related Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in or using any membership or subscription service offered by Finmark Solutions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) and Finmark Solutions.
1. Membership Tiers and Pricing
Finmark Solutions offers multiple membership tiers, each providing varying levels of access to Services, features, tools, and benefits. Details of each membership tier, including pricing, features, limitations, and any applicable referral fee structure, are described on our Pricing Page.

Executive Plan

2. Subscription Terms
Billing Cycle
Membership plans are billed based on the subscription option you select. Certain plans (e.g., Essential) may be billed on a semi-annual basis (every 6 months), while others may be billed annually or as a one-time payment, depending on the plan’s structure.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as specified at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Finmark Solutions to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the prevailing plan price, unless canceled prior to renewal.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information remains current. Renewal charges will be processed using the stored payment method.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@finmarksolutions.us.
Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of that billing cycle.
Refunds
Except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or early termination of a subscription. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the current billing period, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades
Members may upgrade their plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade:
- The new rate will apply immediately; and
- A prorated charge will be applied for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle under the new plan.
- Upgrades may grant immediate access to additional features or benefits associated with the higher tier.
Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your membership plan:
- The downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; and
- You will retain access to your current plan benefits until that time.
5. Changes to Pricing and Policies
We reserve the right to modify membership pricing, referral fees, plan features, and Policy terms at any time for any reason.
If we make changes that materially impact your benefits or pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or other communication channels.
Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or government charges related to your subscription, excluding taxes based on our net income unless required by law.
